How Optemax Works A direct mail campaign offering a special incentive will be developed inviting your customers to join your Customer E-Marketing Program. If a database of customer names and e-mail addresses already exists, that information is transferred to your new Optemax database and a promotional e-mail is sent inviting those customers to join the program.When customers "opt-in" to the program, their names and e-mail addresses are entered into your Optemax database and they automatically begin receiving professionally designed, customized promotions via e-mail each week or each month. At the end of each month, you’ll mail redeemed promotions (if applicable) to Optemax so we can track the success of your campaign.
