Optemax Works
Comment cards are distributed to members and guests, asking them to
rate various aspects of your golf course and/or country club and inviting
them to join your Member E-Marketing Program. If a database of members’ names
and e-mail addresses already exists, that information is transferred
to your new Optemax database and a promotional e-mail with a special
incentive is sent inviting those members to join the program.
When your members or guests "opt-in" to the program, their
names and e-mail addresses are entered into your Optemaxdatabase.
Then, each week or each month, your members and guests will automatically
receive professionally designed, customized promotions via e-mail that
have been approved by management. At the end of each month, you’ll
mail redeemed promotions (if applicable) to Optemax so we can track the
success of your campaign |
